In 2014, Renee Pascavage, a dedicated employee of the Derby for over two decades, bought the restaurant and took the reins of The Derby Steakhouse, a Butte staple since 1988. Nestled in downtown Butte, or 'the Flats' as locals call it, we take pride in being the Landmark of Great Steaks!

Our team's commitment to quality and attention to detail. All of our steaks are freshly cut in-house daily, right from the steak we use to grind our own burgers. Not to mention our pork ribs are smoked right here. Even our soups and sauces are homemade.
